The Box Design

I adore this season’s box! It has a sort of Art Deco vibe, I think, and is a very pretty dark purple with pink heart accents. The inside of the box is the same shade of pink as the hearts on the outside. Gorgeous!

The Items

FabFitFun Winter Box 2017 - BB Dakota Poncho, Pointe Studio Socks, Ayesha Curry Mug, Thisworks Deep Sleep Pillow Spray

BB Dakota Poncho in Black ($70)
Pointe Studio Aloe Infused Cozy Socks ($19)
Homemade by Ayesha Curry Ceramic Mug ($16)
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray ($29)

The BB Dakota Poncho was one of the items Select Members could choose the color of. I opted for the black and gray reversible option, as I figured it would go with the most outfits. This might be my favorite item in the box! It’s great for layering, and would be perfect to wear on an airplane.

I’ve been wanting cozy socks lately, so I was excited to see these in the box. I got the blue color, but other possibilities for subscribers were black or reddish-pink. I would have loved the reddish-pink ones, but these are so cute. And so awesome that they’re infused with aloe! What a treat!

I’m a little obsessed with mugs, especially cute oversized ones and this one totally fits the bill. I didn’t know Ayesha Curry had home products, but I love this! The other options subscribers could have received are also adorable. I can see myself buying more of these for sure!

I haven’t tried this pillow spray* yet, but have heard such great things about it, so I’m excited to try it! Lavender, vetiver, and chamomile always calm me down and make me sleepy, and with those scents in this spray, I have a feeling it’ll live up to the hype.

*The pillow spray was one of this season’s Wellness Choice items, which is a customization option available to all subscribers. The other Wellness Choice item option was a FabFitFun TV Fitness Ball with Jillian Michaels Videos, valued at $16.

FabFitFun Winter Box 2017 rose gold choker, ahaha hand cream, doucce eyeshadow palette, exfoliate, nelson hair mask

Nelson j Beverly Hills Moisture Healing Hair Mask – Coconut Scent ($23) (
AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream ($33)
DOUCCE Freematic Eyeshadow Pro Palette in Nude ($70)
Kate Somerville ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment ($75)
8 OTHER REASONS Nine Lives Choker in Rose Gold Color ($58)

As soon as I opened the box, I could smell the coconut scent of the hair mask*. My hair gets super dry, especially in the winter months, so I can’t wait to try this out. I’m hoping the scent will dilute itself a little bit in the shower though, because it’s a bit strong for my sensitive nose.

AHAVA is one of my favorite brands, and my hands are constantly dry. I think I’ll get a lot of use out of this cream!

Check out the value of this eyeshadow palette! It reminds me of Urban Decay’s Naked Heat palette, which is my current favorite. If these shadows are anything like the Naked Heat shadows, I think I’m going to love this!

ExfoliKate is one of those classic products that pretty much everyone loves. I’ve tried it in the past, and I’m no exception to the ExfoliKate love, but I rarely buy it for myself since it’s so pricey. I’m super excited FFF included this in the winter box!

The choker was another item that Select Members could customize, and as someone who loves rose gold, it was a no brainer choosing rose gold instead of silver. I’m not huge on chokers, as I don’t think they’re always the most flattering, but I like this a lot. It’s not so insanely tight that it actually feels like it’s choking you, and the layered element definitely softens the look.

*The hair mask was one of this season’s Beauty Choice items, which is a customization option available to all subscribers. The other Beauty Choice item option was a set of Grace & Stella Anti-Wrinkle Energizing Eye Masks, valued at $16.

Total value of this season’s FFF box for all subscribers: $373 – $393 depending on selection

As usual, the value of this season’s box is amazing. I think FFF is worth every penny, even to be a Select Member. My annual subscription was more than paid for with this box alone! I’ve never been disappointed by the boxes I’ve received over the years. While I’ve subscribed and unsubscribed from tons of other boxes, FFF is the one that I haven’t even considered letting go. If you like beauty, fashion, health, and lifestyle products, or are looking for a great subscription box, definitely give FabFitFun a try! Click here to sign up!

If you received this box as well, let me know what your favorite item was! And if you’re not a subscriber, I’d love to hear which items catch your eye the most!
